Who are we?
Halo Woods is based out of California with teams around the world invested in quality sourcing and inspection. These teams specialize in everything from material acquisition, compliance, inspection, transportation and logistics, and warehousing and delivery. We have chosen to specialize within the industry by offering only experiences of exceptional quality and have built the A team to do it. The Halo Woods team has a combined 80+ years of experience. Our passion is wood and the logistics involved in bringing it quickly and efficiently to their customers. Our greatest assets, and the key to our success, is our people. We believe that each of us needs a sense of dignity, pride and satisfaction in what we do. Because satisfying our customers depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.How do we operate?

As the world grows and the demands for building products increase with it, the importance of sustainability has never been more at the forefront. We are passionate about working with mills that have ensured the sustainability of the products they produce and have the same commitment as us to upholding the highest industry standards in environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance in both the United States and in our suppliers’ home countries. We aim to balance the needs of the environment, wildlife and forest communities while conserving our forests for future generations by continuously improving our system of forest practices.
Protect
Trees are not only our business, they are our passion. We recognize and strongly believe in the protection of those that are “irreplaceable”. We actively pursue the latest updates and educational opportunities on compliance and sustainability and strive to ensure that not only are our products coming from a sustainable environment but that they meet all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations. It is a critical standard for Halo Woods that our products meet all standards set National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Plywood and Composite Wood Products (PCWP) and address the results of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
Deliver
Procurement is a small part of our process which then requires a team of coordinated excellent communicators - logistics is the most important thing we do. We are very proud of our fully integrated global supply chain from factory to our customers door. From our dedicated company in-country staff supervising and inspecting the production, packing, storing and loading for ocean transport of our products to our strong direct relationships with ocean carriers, ports, warehouses and trucking companies - we ensure on time delivery. The culmination of our efforts to have detailed and intensive coverage allows us to adapt to rapid shifts in global supply chains which are currently unprecedented in modern history.
